We have stayed here before and loved it. This time we rented it for my 11 years olds party consisting of 4 kids. The girls had plans to stay up late doing spa and playing games. The power went out at midnight. We had no flashlights or anything because my phone was at 2 percent and died since I couldn’t charge it. The room was pitch black with not even the small emergency lights working. It worked for 30 minutes then stopped and we could no longer see not even to go to the bathroom. It was a horrible experience. We never even received a text stating they were aware of the outage. I had to walk to the front desk with 4 kids in the dark just to get an answer which he didn’t have and wasn’t helpful. So now all these kids are terrified and we had to all squeeze in 1 bed because it’s pitch black and silent. The ac was out and it was so hot in the room. It totally ruined our experience and my daughter’s party. She had so much more planned and also we couldn’t even warm up out food to eat. I would think you would have en emergency light to where we would at least use the restroom without falling and tripping.

Excellent and unique place. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit and found the extra space was very nice during a long trip. Really appreciated the late check-out, the homey feeling, and even free laundry! We used the fitness center twice, but didn't make it to the pool or the nice courtyard seating areas with fire places. Hope to return someday.

Great value for the price. Great staff. Great rooms. Great everything. BUT - do something about that breakfast. Terrible. I went across the street to IHOP my second morning and had 3 pancakes, bacon and coffee for almost the same price as your breakfast and if actually had a taste to it.

Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is very courteous and helpful, but we were really surprised at the rather stark decoration in the room. There are pictures of ND and ND football hanging everywhere in the public spaces and up and down the halls, but NONE in our room. Just seems a bit antiseptic. Also we were surprised that there is no complimentary breakfast, which is very common in most hotels these days.
